Our Lodge
Located in the heart of a typical mountain village in the French Alps near all the outdoor activities that the Clarée Valley has to offer, La Découverte has a variety of one and two-bedroom apartments for rent. Our historic building was once the Grand Hotel of Névache. It has kept its historical period charm while also adding modern amenities such as free WIFI and an ecological heating system.

You arrive in your apartment where everything is ready for you. Relax and start your vacation right away! You can rest and take full advantage of your vacation without worrying about the details of your stay. The heat will already be on, the shutters open to let in the light, the beds made and the soft bath towels ready for your shower after a full day in the great outdoors. Kristina will be cooking local seasonal meals from scratch morning and night (and making brown bag lunches that are available by pre-order for your picnics). We even take care of the cleaning for you at the end of your stay. Benoît can help you find the perfect hiking trail for any age and level from the sportiest athletes, to families with small children and those who want to see the flora and fauna. The rates are fully inclusive for the apartment, half board (breakfast & dinner), utilities, linens, and cleaning fees (local taxes are separate). All you need to do is unpack your suitcase and head out to enjoy the beautiful surroundings !
The flexibility of a vacation rental that works with your schedule.
We can accommodate apartment rentals for as little as 3 nights, and are happy to have arrivals any day of the week. Check in is between 4-6:30pm and check out is at 10am. Want to avoid the rush hour traffic on Friday night by arriving Thursday or leaving Monday, it is definitely possible!

Rates
The rates vary depending upon the number of guests, dates, and season.
Generally, the rate per person per day with half board is between 65 and 75 euros.
